Tomorrow's engagement day.... so this day is going to be like a last day before I will no longer remain single...
Too many thoughts going on my mind right now. It's bit difficult to put them up here and more so over with poor vocabulary of mine, it's all the more difficult ;)
Though good news for all you guys out there is that I am not even going to try and put it here... as I need to rush to meet her.... :))
Next post will be only after my engagement now...

Just completed reading 'The Inscrutable American' by Anurag Mathur.
Here's quick review...
The book is all about Gopal who comes to study in the USA for a year. He hails from the small town Jajau in Madhya Pradesh and is a proud son of a hair oil factory owner. He belongs to a well to do orthodox family where mother is always shouting at the servants and a Grandmother singing holy songs. Gopal comes with preconceived notions and lots of information about America which he obtained reading some X rated books and seeing R rated flicks. But once he lands in USA, he finds everything and everyone amusing and vice versa? some of which he recollects vividly in similar hilarious letters to his brother. Also, there is a typical yankee Randy (well, how much typical can it get?) his first and the last friend in foreign land. Randy shares a great repartee with Gopal and willingly takes upon himself the mission devirginization of Gopal. The story per se is nothing but Gopal?s observations, comments and comparisons with India in the process and his varied encounters in American society.thanks to mouthshut review... to read more click here

Stuck by swipe flu

Stumbled across the post on swipe flu, which made me even stop and think about symptoms I have relating to swipe flu. Before you guys think further... please read it properly, its not swiNe flu... but swiPe flu.
So what is this swipe flu?
Well, if you are working in any company, you must be carrying this disease causing germs around your neck.... better knows as access card.
Ideal working day starts swiping the access card at the main door of the office, followed by swiping it to enter the work area. This swiping process continues so many times in the whole day.. while going for coffee breaks.. lunch breaks (obviously loo breaks too). Everytime I see the door, my hand automatically reaches out for the access card hanging around my neck and flash it across the gate to get access. I have been swiping it almost unconsciously every time I see the door.
Only time I realised that I am actually infected by 'Swipe Flu' is when I tried to show my card in front of home gate too, to get in the access ;)

Did you guys noticed the calendar?
There are 5 Saturdays and Sundays in the month !!
If I am going by what my friend suggests, this kind of scenario happens only once in 783 years.

Got one of the biggest surprise on these birthday....
Shruti came over to B'lore.... so many things happened in the last 2 days..... that it's difficult to put up in words.
Only thing I can say is... had a terrific birthday...

Got following equations in one of those forwarded mails... but really enjoyed it. So thought to share it with all...
Equation 1
Human = eat + sleep + work + enjoy
Donkey = eat + sleep
Therefore,
Human = Donkey + work + enjoy
Therefore,
Human - enjoy = Donkey + work
In other words,
Human those who don't enjoy = Donkey that work
Equation 2
Men = eat + sleep + earn money
Donkeys = eat + sleep
Therefore,
Men = Donkeys + earn money
Therefore,
Men - earn money = Donkeys
In other words,
Men that don't earn money = Donkeys
Equation 3
Women = eat + sleep + spend
Donkeys = eat + sleep
Therefore,
Women = Donkeys + spend
Therefore,
Women - spend = Donkeys
In other words,
Women that don't spend = Donkeys
To Conclude:
From Equation 2 and Equation 3
Men that don't earn money = Women that don't spend.
So, Men earn money not to let women become Donkeys! (Postulate 1)
And, Women spend not to let men become Donkeys! (Postulate 2)
So, we have?
Men + Women = Donkeys + earn money + Donkeys + spend money
Therefore from Postulates 1 and 2, we can conclude,
Man + Woman = 2 Donkeys that live happily together!

It's not long back that I wrote post on my life than and now, but within a month life seems to have changed so much that I actually thought to write it again.
In fact, this will give answers to few of those friends who got worried not finding me online in last 2 weeks....
Life now...
Get up in the morning, look for phone..... Call !!!
Get ready... go to office....
Lunch time... Call !!!
Return home.... Call !!!
Go to bed....
I know I know... I don't need to say who is the person on the other side of the call.... ;) Yet for those people who have lost the touch from last month.... can check this out...
